Chelsey Lynette Foster

Chelsey Lynette Foster, 39, of Jonesboro, Arkansas, passed away, Saturday, November 11, 2023, in Jonesboro. 

She was born in Salem, Arkansas, on March 29, 1984, daughter of Charles “Chuck” Foster and Vickie (Simmons) Foster. Chelsey loved riding in the truck, swinging, cleaning, being outside picking up sticks and leaves and water. She was a snack lover and enjoyed eating. Chelsey had many stuffed animals, but she was especially fond of her stuffed monkey and Winnie the Pooh. She was of the Baptist faith. 

Chelsey is survived by her parents, Chuck and Vickie Foster of Agnos, Arkansas; sister, Misty Payne and husband Eric of Norfork, Arkansas; brother, Tyler Foster and wife Bridget of Highland, Arkansas; grandmother, Barbara Reves of Batesville, Arkansas; uncles, Jeff Reves of Batesville, Arkansas and James Perkey of Gassville, Arkansas; aunt, Judy Villeme of Mountain Home, Arkansas; great aunts, Bonnie Crosby of Melbourne, Arkansas and Kathy Reeves of Wenatchee, Washington nieces, Kayley Payne, Ericca Payne and Lily Conley; nephew, Zackree Payne; and many cousins.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents and maternal grandfathers, Noel Simmons and Ansel Reves. 

Pallbearers include: Tyler Foster, Tyler Phillips, Cody Smith, Eric Payne and Zackree Payne

Funeral Services will be held, Wednesday, November 15, 2023, at Doty Family Funeral Service Chapel in Salem, Arkansas beginning at 11:00 AM with Bro. Steven Shelley officiating. Interment will follow at Salem Cemetery in Salem, Arkansas. Visitation will be prior to the service beginning at 10:00 AM.
