Debbie Jo Doty

Debbie Jo Doty, 67, of Jonesboro, Arkansas, passed away, Sunday, June 2, 2024, in Jonesboro. 

She was born in Harrisburg, Arkansas, on December 13, 1956, daughter of William “Leon” and Dorothy Jean (Lindsey) Sharp. Debbie was united in marriage to Mark Doty on June 8, 1990, in Jonesboro, Arkansas. During her working years, Debbie worked as a physician’s assistant until her retirement. Debbie loved to shop and spend time with her grandkids. She loved her family and her dog, Jack. Debbie was of the Baptist faith. 

Debbie is survived by her husband, Mark Doty of Jonesboro; son, Bobby Rowland and wife, Jennifer of Harrisburg, Arkansas; grandchildren, Charlie Rowland (Keren Spears) of Medina, Tennessee and Callie Rowland of Harrisburg, Arkansas and sisters, Cathy Reddmann and Lee Tanner both of Harrisburg, Arkansas.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Leon and Dorothy Sharp.  

A memorial service will be held Thursday, June 6, 2024, at Calvary Baptist Church in Harrisburg, Arkansas, beginning at 4:00 PM with Bro. Tom Doty officiating.
