Evelyn Rose Rogers

Evelyn Rose Rogers, 87, of Viola, Arkansas, passed away Saturday, March 16, 2024, in her home.

She was born in Stockton, California, November 16, 1936, Evelyn worked as a school bus driver in California, moving to Arkansas after retirement. She enjoyed camping, archery, firearms, fishing, sewing, and knitting.

Proceeded in death by her husband Tom Rogers; mother Gertrude Charters; grandson Jody Hopper and adopted great great grandson Stetson Drouin. 

Survived by her children; William Heidebrecht (Janet) of California, Jerry Heidebrecht (Suisei) of California, Edward Heidebrecht (Roberta) of Indiana, and Dawnella Johnson of Louisiana. Brother; Wayne Charters. Grandchildren, Jason, Jerry, Jr., Zander, Crystal, Amber (Byron), Derrick (Melissa), Kariane (Steven), Rebekke, Kassia, Mary, and Brandon (Jamie). Great Grandchildren; Aleara, Trystin, Jerimiah, Alexxi, Christopher, Adara, Alex, Caleb, Dylan, Ryan, Kristen, Ethan, Noah, Toby, Khloe, James, Fulton, Andrew, and Briseis.

Evelyn’s “Adopted Family”; Grand-Daughter LeAnn Gambling (Travis), Great-Grandchildren Cassie (Eric), Desitny (Mason), Kristina (Troy Roberts) Molly Jo; Great-Great Grandchildren, Aydan, Ethan, Kaylee, Javan, Bentlee, Jace, Braeleigh, Haven and Jonah.

Memorial services will be Wednesday, March 20, 2024, at Doty Family Funeral Service Chapel in Salem, Arkansas, beginning at 10:00 AM.
