Roy D Steinmetz

Roy D Steinmetz, 83, of Gainesville, Missouri, passed from this walk of life on Sunday, November 30, 2025, in Mountain Home, Arkansas.

He was born in Toledo, Ohio, on April 10, 1942, son of the late William Phillip and Dorothy Mae (Merrill) Steinmetz. Roy served our country in the United States Army during Vietnam. During his working years, Roy worked in construction. He loved motorcycles, it did not matter to him if he was riding or working on them, he loved it all. Roy attended Praise and Worship Fellowship in Salem, Arkansas, and loved his Lord very much.

Roy is survived by his son, Dennis Michael Steinmetz and sister, Sandi Hilliard and husband John of Viola, Arkansas.

He was preceded in death by his parents and son, James Michael Carpenter.

Memorial services will be held Saturday, December 13, 2025, beginning at 2:00 PM at Praise & Worship Fellowship in Salem, Arkansas.
